Shah Commission Report (document on emergency excess) lost and regained - Interview with Era Sezhian

Justice J C Shah, former Chief Justice of India was appointed by Morarji Desai, then Prime Minister in 1977 to examine the excesses during the draconian emergency days (1975-77).
