On 27th Sep 2013, Indian Supreme Court ruled that an extra button has to be placed in the panel of Electronic Voting machines with immediate effect to enable the voters to chose None of the Above, under Sec 49 (O) of the relevant Act. This button NOTA is expected to bring revolution in the Indian politics.
