Prime Point Srinivasans welcome address during Sansad Ratna 2015 Awards function

Sansad Ratna Awards 2015 were presented to top performing Parliamentarians at IIT Madras on 11th July 2015. Dr Justice A R Lakshmanan, Former Judge of Supreme Court and Chairman of Law Commission of India presented the Awards. Prime Point Srinivasan explained during his welcome address, the transparent selection process. He also appealed to the Parliamentarians not to disrupt the Question Hour or Zero Hour, which belongd to the people of India and not to the Parliament Members.
